When you contact us
When you send an enquiry (for example the owners form) we collect your name, email, phone number, details about your property and your message. We use them only to answer you and, if you wish, to prepare a management proposal.
Forms are protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. We do not send your name, email or phone number to Google or Meta.
Cookies and measurement (only with your consent)
Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd): to understand which pages are visited and how the site is used.
Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, for Facebook and Instagram): to measure when someone who saw or clicked our ads sends an enquiry or clicks a Book button, and to improve who our ads are shown to.
These tools receive the pages you view, those actions, technical data about your device and browser, your IP address and cookie identifiers. Google and Meta may process this data outside the European Economic Area under their own safeguards. Legal basis: your consent.
Bookings
Bookings are completed on our booking site operated by Guesty, which applies its own privacy terms.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and to meet legal obligations. Your cookie choice is stored in your own browser.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing hello@casaivygroup.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing done before. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
